Problems with importing CMake project in QT Creator

I have an existing cmake project, developed by my colleagues, and I want to use it with qt creator(2.7.1, Linux Mint 15). This CMakeLists.txt is configured to read some external variables — they define the build directory, run configuration, etc. But QTCreatorCmakeWizard doesn’t allow to specify them — only cmake parameters are allowed to manage. The terminal equivalent of the necessary command is “SOMEVALUE=1 cmake . “ And as I can guess, qt creator ingores RUNTIME/LIBRARY DESTINATION and CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX( becauseit compiles project in the directory with CMakeLists.txt). All other features(file tree, auto completion) works well after importing, the problem is only with building&running.
