Problem re-running qt 5.2.1 installer to install extra features/libraries? It wants a new directory

Hi, I installed Qt on windows 8.1 with the defaults, but now I want to add libraries/features to support MSVC. I re-run the installer and it sees the installation, but will not update or rewrite the directory. It wants to install in a new directory. Does only the commercial version have an updater? I could not find “update ide’ in the gui menus. I’m not sure if this is what I want but it appears to be commercial only and may not exist for 5.2. http://blog.qt.digia.com/blog/2013/02/13/new-maintenance-tool-for-the-commercial-qt-4-8-sdk-available/ I would also like to know what I have already installed, but can’t find the listing of the existing configuration.
