Built exe require windowplugind.dll to run, qt 5.3, windows 8.1

I want to run built exe on PC without installed qt, i found that exe required Qt5.3.2\5.3\mingw482_32\qml\QtQuick\Window.2\windowplugind.dll but in what folder should i copy this dll on PC without QT? if i copy to my exe folder i’ts not running.
