Hi,
I have been trying to build Qt 5.1 with static libraries on windows 8, since last few days, but with failed efforts.
I followed the steps given here:

to summarize,
-I installed mingw, perl and download libraries for Qt 5.1.
-After extraction, I tried to configure, which initially gave error. I corrected it by installing directx SDK
-after that configuration ran fine, but on building it using jom, i get the following error:
d3dcompiler.h: no such file or directory
Please help, i need to build it for my academic project.
