Is Windows SDK required to build Qt 5 with ANGLE? Or ANGLE (and -directwrite for that matter) not possible with mingw?
I ask because I thought mingw requires its own Windows headers and is not compatible with Microsoft’s VC headers.
Also. Do I need both Windows 8 SDK and Visual Studio Express 2013 installed?
